pkr7 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Rules and Member Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pkr7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pkr7 platform at pkr7.bid, operating under international gaming licensing standards.
• "Platform" means the pkr7 website, all subdomains thereof, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces accessible at pkr7.bid.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a pkr7 account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" means the registered pkr7 player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products made available through the Platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any participation in Gaming Services using actual funds deposited into a member's pkr7 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, cashback credits, or other incentive value credited to a member's account as part of a pkr7 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required under anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

By accessing, registering with, or using the pkr7 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkr7 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the pkr7 Platform for Real Money Play, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your membership:

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) pkr7 Account at any time. The maintenance of more than one Account by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you warrant that all information provided to pkr7 is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You agree to notify pkr7 promptly of any changes to your registered information. pkr7 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and at any point thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr7 Account login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service or platform.
• Not share, disclose, or transfer your pkr7 Account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify pkr7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Log out from your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered to add a further layer of protection to your Account.

pkr7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such loss arises from pkr7's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

pkr7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, and approved cryptocurrency channels. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Account deposit section.

The minimum deposit amount at pkr7 is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. pkr7 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its sole discretion with notice to members.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit funds are credited to your pkr7 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. pkr7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal activity.
• pkr7 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawals from pkr7 are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees). Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of approval during operational hours.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, members must complete pkr7's KYC verification process, which requires submission of:

• A clear, valid copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides.
• Proof of ownership and control of the payment method designated for withdrawal.
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by pkr7's compliance team for AML or fraud prevention purposes.

pkr7 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of satisfactory verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time period may result in withdrawal request cancellation, with funds returning to the member's Account balance.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the pkr7 Platform are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. pkr7 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only. Deposit amounts (real money balance) remain withdrawable subject to standard KYC requirements.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, roulette, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• pkr7 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if the bonus is found to have been obtained fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from accounts if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.
• pkr7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including during its active period, with notice to affected members where reasonably practicable.

All games offered on the pkr7 Platform are powered by certified software providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not subject to manipulation by pkr7 or its operators.

By placing any bet or entering any game on the pkr7 Platform, you agree that:

• Game rules as displayed within each individual game interface are binding and form part of these Terms by reference.
• pkr7 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical malfunction is determined to have occurred and affected the outcome of the game or bet.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on pkr7's servers, the server-side record shall be conclusive.
• pkr7 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms or applicable gaming regulations.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game sessions. These limits will be communicated within game interfaces or in associated documentation where applicable.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pkr7 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud pkr7 or other users through misrepresentation, manipulation, or exploitation of system errors.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a payment chargeback or dispute for deposits made to pkr7 while retaining winnings or bonus funds associated with those deposits.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one pkr7 Account, including using different personal details to circumvent a previous account closure.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with good faith recreational gambling, including coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated software to interact with pkr7's Gaming Services.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Money Laundering: Using pkr7 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. pkr7 reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities in line with its compliance obligations.
• Minors' Access: Providing access to the pkr7 Platform to any person under 21 years of age.

pkr7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire member base. Gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity. pkr7 takes its obligations to prevent problem gambling extremely seriously and provides the following tools, which members are actively encouraged to utilise:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by any member from their Account settings at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members can set maximum daily session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of their pkr7 Account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a longer break may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the pkr7 Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent are available upon request to pkr7 support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications remind members of time spent in active sessions and cumulative wagering amounts during that session.

The collection, processing, storage, and protection of your personal data by pkr7 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and pkr7.

By registering an Account with pkr7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law or licensing obligations. pkr7 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data security measures to protect all personal and financial information held on its systems.

All content available on the pkr7 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in pkr7's Gaming Services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification of any Platform content without pkr7's prior written consent.

The pkr7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pkr7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted platform availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses, or other technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr7 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its Gaming Services. pkr7's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their pkr7 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr7 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

pkr7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested by pkr7's compliance team.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the Account.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pkr7 staff or other members.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Members may close their pkr7 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr7 holds its gaming operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkr7's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

pkr7 provides an internal complaints procedure as the first step in dispute resolution. Members experiencing disputes relating to game outcomes, payments, or account matters should contact pkr7's customer support team in the first instance, allowing pkr7 a reasonable period to investigate and respond before any external escalation.

pkr7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email notification to the registered Account address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the pkr7 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.
